No, points cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another user’s account

What is the validity period for reward points?

Reward points are valid for one year from the date of invoice generation. If not redeemed within this period, they will automatically expire.

When will my reward points be credited?

Your points will be credited to your registered mobile number after:

Seven days have passed since the product delivery.
The product has not been returned or exchanged.

Please note that points can only be redeemed once they appear in your account.

Can reward points be combined with other offers?

No, the Barriq Privilege Program benefits are exclusively for retail billing customers and cannot be combined with bulk, corporate, employee programmes, or other discounts and offers.
